About Us
The UP National College of Public Administration and Governance Student Council (UP NCPAG SC) is the highest student governing body in NCPAG - University of the Philippines Diliman. For more than 30 years, it has continuously championed the discipline of good governance at the grassroots as well as the spirit of volunteerism through its student-led initiatives and services. The UP NCPAG SC is committed to continuously helping educate the people on the role of Public Administration in exemplifying genuine democratic governance.
Vision
We envision a NCPAG Student Council that leads with integrity, operates through people-centered systems, and inspires through service grounded in the principles of Good Governance. We envision a student government that sets a new standard for NCPAG that drives meaningful and lasting change within the college and beyond.
Mission
To strengthen internal systems and protocols that elevate the quality and sustainability of council-led initiatives through accountability and transparency.
To establish NCPAG as a leading student voice on good governance and social justice by fostering critical, informed, and advocacy-driven engagement.
To build collaborative spaces that foster inclusive, responsive, and principled governance within the NCPAG community.
Goals
Institutionalize systems that help shape lingkod-bayan who are competent, knowledgeable, and accountable in public service.
Deliver proactive student services and enrichment programs that advance students’ rights and welfare.
Lead public engagement initiatives that extend the values of good governance and public service beyond NCPAG.
