Grievance Form
This is the NCPAG Student Council’s 24/7 grievance form to better serve our college and provide a channel for students to air their concerns and grievances. Rest assured that all information collected through this form will remain confidential and will only be used for the necessary purposes of attending to your needs and contacting you, if necessary.

GAD Grievance Form
As public administrators championing the discipline of good governance, we all want to ensure a safe, inclusive, and proactive space where everyone can freely express themselves without the fear of being judged and threatened. With this, the 33rd NCPAG Student Council launches its Gender and Development Grievance Form that will serve as a platform for the student body to raise their safe spaces-related concerns and grievances. This form is created to promptly attend to the concerns that will undergo due process and methodology. Rest assured that your data is handled with the utmost confidentiality and will only be used for the intended purpose.
